“The listing agent for our new home put up a sign which said “Sold” after all the paperwork was signed, but we feel it would be more appropriate if it had been a “Purchased” sign with Sarah’s picture on it. Sarah worked really hard and showed her excellent negotiation skills to get us a great home at our price point, even with 5 other offers on the table.
