Belinda Mulford
Team Partner / Sales Representative
Previously employed in sales by a large American Corporation, Belinda was always passionate about real estate. Using the skills and knowledge she had already acquired through her successful sales career, Belinda embarked on a new path and never looked back. After obtaining her real estate license, her first clients were two former bosses and their confidence and trust in her abilities were the jumpstart to now more than eleven years of success as a Realtor. Belinda is a very active member of her Etobicoke community, where she resides with her husband, their two children as well as their two dogs.

Rich Mulford
Sales Representative
Richard is a lifelong resident of Etobicoke and recently finished a long vocation as a popular teacher at Martingrove Collegiate Institute. Although Richard obtained his real estate license in May 2016, he has now joined the team full-time. He has a large network of friends, family and former colleagues in west Toronto and brings a strong business sense, versatility and work ethic into his real estate career. When not working, Richard enjoys playing a variety of sports and spending time with his family.
