Recommend and/or liaise with your estate lawyer to help manage probate, ensure that any Agreement of Purchase and Sale is correct with proper Executor signature and necessary probate clauses.

2 Relationships with Reputable Companies

We have relationships with reputable companies that can assist with insurance, junk removal and the sale or donation of items in the home. We work closely with family members to coordinate such removal or sale of all items and help you get the home sale ready.

3Liaise with the Executor and Family Members

We liaise with the executor and family members explaining, in detail, the selling process with an estate. We will assist the Executor in communicating with beneficiaries, if required.

4Handyman and Cleaning Services

We provide the use of a handyman, and cleaning service, for one day.

5Pre-listing Inspection

We conduct a pre-listing inspection, including coordinating and overseeing any final repairs and maintenance required, such as: painting, cleaning, and the removal of items.
