As a Government entity, FCO requires the highest standards in service, transparency, expertise. After interviewing 5 agents, Belinda, by far, was the unanimous choice amongst our selection committee (4 representatives). Her knowledge and research of the market (recent sales, how FCO’s properties compared to surrounding properties, suggested value, etc.) was very thorough and detailed. She was able to speak to all the recent sales in the area in depth, not simply print out an MLS report of the recent sales. She further assessed each property and how they compared to ours in various categories (location, renos, lot quality, finishes, etc.) and assigned +/- value. This was very helpful in assessing and determining a realistic pricing strategy.

Her attention to detail throughout the process was fantastic. She offered extra services that others did not (e.g. handyman service, coordinating disposal of excess furniture and junk, prelisting home inspection, exclusive internet address, links to multiple websites, etc.). Even with the complexities of FCO’s ownership structure and approval process, Belinda was able to professionally navigate all the special clauses and terms required by FCO in conjunction with our legal counsel. Her communication and updates were frequent, and we have been very pleased with the end of day results (i.e. pricing, deposit terms, timing) in all cases.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Belinda and would encourage anyone to hire her for their residential real estate needs.
